The Agenda was approved as amended.

Minutes were read by Mabel Davis.. Motion to approve as amended by Vic Domzalski, Second by Nancy Sisson. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s report was presented by Earle Hammond. Checking account balance: $19,195.66 and Savings Account balance: $5,582.70. The Building Fund balance was not given. At present the donations total from the fireworks cans is $317.08 The Treasurer’s Report was filed for audit.

SPORTS’ SHOWS

Earle reported that the Shows will cost $830 each and are now paid.

FALL FESTIVAL

Melissa Boyd reported that approximately 25 booths were set up on the square. Two new heavy duty extension cords were purchased.

VACATION GUIDE

Earle reported that the Vacation Guide is ready to be sent to C J and Amanda.

PROMOTIONS

A committee for the Spring fund-raiser was appointed: Earle Hammond, Melissa Boyd, Bill Heiser, Gary Neely, Nancy Sisson and Mabel Davis. Meeting set for October 19, 2011, 6 p.m. at Taters.

50th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

Tabled for the November Meeting.

FOOD PANTRY

A fund raiser for the Food pantry will be held at the McCarty Senior Canter on November 6. Cost of the meal is $10.

DECEMBER DINNER MEETING

Nancy will take bids for the dinner with the location to be determined after the bids are received. The dinner will be held on December 12 at 6 p.m. The meal to be served at 6:30 p.m.

Tabled Items were not discussed and will be held over for our next meeting.

NEW BUSINESS

Officer nominations will be on next month’s Agenda as well as Board Member vacancies.
